Civili construction: Influence of the termoambientais and personal variables in the performance

چکیده

One of the most important stages in the construction of a building is the ceramic coating application in the façades, however, the influences of the thermo-environmental variables in the performance of the workers in the activities of the productive system of the Civil Construction is not always properly evaluated. According to this, a way to have a vision of the process and to increase the productivity is to study the relationship between the inherent elements of this productive system and the thermal variable. Thus, this article mention the questions related to the thermal overload and the insalubrities in the labor activities of the Civil Construction, result of a field research carried in buildings located in the city of Maceió, state of Alagoas, Brazil, a place which offers a climatic influence that acts directly in the performance of the activities developed by the individual in its professional practice. The research investigated the environmental conditions, verifying the influence of thermal and personal variables in the performance of the activity in the work rank, as well as analyzed the thermal sensation declared by the laborers, through questionnaire considered for ISO 7730/1994, associating the value of the Index of Humid Bulb Globe Thermometer IHBGT, that was verified each10 minutes. Finally, the area executed in the morning and afternoon periods was divided by the number of hours of each turn, and the average productivity of each worker was established in square meter per hour. Thus, The IHBGT was found according to criteria of a Brazilian rule. This ideal index was found according to the thermal perception of the worker and, after that, the excellent productivity from this index as a result we found that the variables involved in the process were studied through nonparametric tests with the aid of the program STATISTIC 6.0 for its validation. We have observed that in the working site the IHBGT reaches a value beyond the established by the NR-15 (Brazilian rules), in this way being the workers directly exposed to a situation of bad conditions in the work. According to such results, it is necessary that the laborer change from a situation of bad thermal condition to a rather good one, and so that this occurs, it was suggested an intermittent activity, in which the laborer alter from his site of work to a more pleasant one.
